- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs

Strawberry Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, flour, salt, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool in oven, then refrigerate.
- Add Topping: Heat jam with water. Arrange strawberries on cheesecake and brush with jam glaze. Chill before serving.
