Description

Cheesecake Base:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Crust and Topping:

  • 1½ cups Golden Oreos (crushed)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin powder
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter and press into pan for crust.
  2. Mix and Bake: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add remaining Cheesecake Base ingredients, pour over crust, and bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  3. Chill and Prepare Topping: Cool, then chill cheesecake. Mix strawberries, gelatin, and Oreos for topping.
  4. Assemble: Cut cheesecake into chunks, coat in topping, and optionally dip in white chocolate.
