Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberry Filling:
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Additional:
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
- powdered sugar for dusting or glaze (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into 6 equal rectangles. Score a 1/2-inch border around each rectangle without cutting through.
Spread cream cheese mixture, strawberry jam, and diced strawberries on each pastry. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.
Notes
- For a simple glaze, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1–2 teaspoons of milk.
- You can substitute the strawberry jam with raspberry, blueberry, or lemon curd.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated briefly in the oven.
