Puff Pastry:

- 1 large egg

Strawberry Filling:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream or milk (for brushing)
- Coarse sugar for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, and flour until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare strawberry filling: In a separate bowl, toss the diced strawberries with the strawberry jam.
- Assemble rolls: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, spread the cream cheese mixture, top with strawberry mixture, roll up, slice, and place on the baking sheet.
