  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons toasted black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • Flaky sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chocolate Mixture: Line a mini muffin tin or small silicone candy molds with liners. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together, stir in shredded coconut, black sesame seeds, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
  2. Fill Molds: Spoon mixture into molds, tap gently to remove air bubbles, and level the tops.
  3. Chill: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 1–2 hours.
  4. Store: Pop candies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
