Description

These Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jelly Deviled Eggs are a flavorful twist on a classic appetizer. Creamy, tangy, and with a hint of heat, they are perfect for any gathering or as a tasty snack.

For the Deviled Eggs:

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Garnish:

  • 3 tablespoons sweet and spicy pepper jelly (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice in half.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Remove yolks, mash with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of pepper jelly. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the filling into egg whites. Top with remaining pepper jelly, paprika, and chives.
  4. Serve: Chill and enjoy!
