For the Deviled Eggs:
- 12 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Garnish:
- 3 tablespoons sweet and spicy pepper jelly (plus more for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Cook the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, then let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice in half.
- Prepare the Filling: Remove yolks, mash with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and 2 tbsp of pepper jelly. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the filling into egg whites. Top with remaining pepper jelly, paprika, and chives.
- Serve: Chill and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add cayenne to the filling.
- Prepare a day ahead and add garnish before serving.
