- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the crust: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter, press into the pan, and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, combine sweet potato, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, vanilla, spices, and salt. Pour over the crust.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
