Potatoes:

  • 4 large russet potatoes

Taco Meat:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade)

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
