- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook.
- Add Ingredients: Mix in soup, sour cream, milk, vegetables, seasonings, and 1 cup of cheese.
- Assemble: Spread beef mixture in the baking dish. Arrange tater tots on top.
