- 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thickened.
- Assemble the Stack: Layer rice, pineapple, and teriyaki beef in a mold. Press gently to shape. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
