  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semisweet chocolate together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
