For the white chocolate mousse:
- 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the cake base: Preheat the oven, mix dry ingredients, combine wet ingredients, fold in dry ingredients, bake, and cool.
- Make the mousse layers: Melt each type of chocolate, whip cream with sugar, fold cream into chocolate, layer and chill.
