  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

For the white chocolate mousse:

  • 4 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the base: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper. Mix the brownie base ingredients, pour into the pan, and bake.
  2. Make the dark chocolate mousse: Melt dark chocolate and 1/4 cup cream, then whip the remaining cream with sugar. Fold into the melted chocolate and spread over the brownie base.
  3. Prepare the milk chocolate mousse: Repeat the process for the milk chocolate layer and chill.
  4. Create the white chocolate mousse: Repeat the process for the white chocolate layer and chill. Refrigerate the cake until set.
