Ingredients
Scale
For the Pinwheels:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz sliced deli turkey breast

Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble the Pinwheels: Lay out the tortillas and spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each one. Layer each tortilla with sliced turkey, spinach, and chopped pecans if desired.
- Roll and Chill: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice and Serve: Once chilled, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- You can substitute spinach with arugula or omit the nuts for a nut-free version.
- For a sweeter flavor, consider adding a drizzle of honey to the cream cheese mixture.
