Description

Ingredients

Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust:

1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust

Caramel Layer:

1 cup caramel sauce

Pecan Layer:

1 cup chopped pecans

Cream Cheese Filling:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Garnish:

Additional caramel sauce and pecans for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Spread half of the caramel sauce evenly over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the caramel.
  2. Make Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  3. Assemble Pie: Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the caramel and pecans in the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips and remaining pecans on top. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with extra caramel drizzle and pecans before serving.
