Ingredients
Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust:
1 prepared chocolate cookie pie crust
Caramel Layer:
1 cup caramel sauce
Pecan Layer:
1 cup chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Garnish:
Additional caramel sauce and pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Spread half of the caramel sauce evenly over the bottom of the chocolate cookie crust. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the caramel.
- Make Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Assemble Pie: Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the caramel and pecans in the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle chocolate chips and remaining pecans on top. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish with extra caramel drizzle and pecans before serving.

- You can use homemade caramel sauce if preferred.
