These Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites are a quick and easy snack made with just self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. They are perfect for dipping in mustard or cheese sauce!

Dough:
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or full-fat)
Optional Toppings:

- melted butter
For Baking Soda Bath (optional for authentic texture):
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms, then knead on a floured surface until smooth.
- Shape the pretzel bites: Roll the dough into a long rope and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Prepare the baking soda bath: Optional step for a traditional pretzel finish. Bring water and baking soda to a simmer.
- Dip the dough: Working in batches, briefly dip the dough pieces into the baking soda solution, then place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Sprinkle with salt, bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish: Brush with melted butter and serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
