Description

Indulge in a decadent treat with this quick and easy Two-Minute Protein Brownie recipe. Packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor, this mug brownie is a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack option.

Ingredients

Scale

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (about 30g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)

Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in the almond milk, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Optional: Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Microwave: Cook on high for 45–60 seconds until the brownie is set but slightly gooey in the center.
  5. Cool and Enjoy: Allow to cool for 1–2 minutes before enjoying directly from the mug or turning it out onto a plate.

Notes

  • Microwave times can vary—check at 45 seconds to avoid overcooking.
  • For a richer flavor, add a dash of espresso powder.
  • You can also bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes instead of microwaving.
