  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
