For the salad:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges

For the dressing:
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Assemble the salad: Place each lettuce wedge on a plate. Drizzle with the buttermilk dressing. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon, and blue cheese. Finish with black pepper. Serve immediately.
