Cheesecake Mousse:

Assembly:

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Cheesecake Mousse: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined. Slowly pour in the melted chocolate and mix until fully incorporated.
