Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla and almond extracts. Alternate adding the flour mixture and sour cream in three parts.
  5. Combine Cranberries and Chocolate: Gently fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50–60 minutes. Cool before removing from the pan.
