- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1½ cups strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries blended with a little sugar)
- 2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur or lemon juice (optional)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 1½ cups fresh sliced strawberries
- Extra white chocolate shavings and strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Melt White Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the white chocolate until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
- Whip Cream: Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
- Prepare Mascarpone Mixture: Beat mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted white chocolate, then gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Assemble Tiramisu: Dip ladyfingers into strawberry puree and layer in a dish. Spread mascarpone mixture, add sliced strawberries. Repeat layering.
- Chill and Garnish: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with white chocolate shavings and strawberries.
