Corn:
- 6 ears of fresh corn, each cut into 4–5 pieces
For Frying:
- 2 cups vegetable oil
Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
- Coat Corn: Toss fried corn with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Finish and Serve: Transfer to a platter, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Add corn in batches and fry until golden and crispy.
