Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded red cabbage, apple slices, pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, toasted nuts, and red onion.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until fully emulsified.
