Instructions
- Prepare Squash: Place grated squash in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine squash, onion, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grease lightly.
- Shape Tots: Scoop mixture into tot-like shapes and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
