Ingredients
Scale
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups oat flour (or ground rolled oats)
Instructions
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Add Oat Flour: Gradually mix in the oat flour until a soft dough forms.
- Roll and Cut: Lightly flour a surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness, and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
