- 1 avocado, sliced

- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 teaspoons water to thin, if needed

- Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until pink and opaque.
- Make the Cilantro Lime Sauce: Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust seasoning and consistency.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide rice into bowls. Top with shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, corn, and red onion. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with cilantro. Serve.

- For extra flavor, use seasoned rice or mix lime zest into the rice before serving.
