Chocolate Coating:

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional, for smoother coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed Butterfinger candy, vanilla extract, and softened butter. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  2. Shape Balls: Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, then place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.
  3. Coat in Chocolate: Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave. Dip each chilled ball in chocolate, then let them set on the baking sheet.
